My vision is to create an experience where women feel safe and comfortable and pampered.   Snacks and refreshments are available plus a few other extras to make your time with me as enjoyable as possible.

Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your service please reach out via email within 7 days of your original service date.  No refunds will be given but adjustments can be made. The service given must match the service paid for and originally agreed to during the consultation.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.  The fee (up to 50% of your scheduled service total) will be invoiced to you and must be paid prior to booking another appointment.  If you already have another appointment scheduled you must pay the fee within 24 hours of the invoice to avoid cancellation.

If you’re a new client, the first step is filling out a short pre-consultation form. This helps me understand your hair goals and ensures we schedule the right amount of time for your appointment. Once I review your form, I’ll personally reach out to get you scheduled. After your first visit, you’ll be considered an established client and can book directly through my online booking link for future appointments.

YES!! I welcome new clients for hair extensions,  grey coverage haircolor and other color services.Each appointment begins with a consultation, after completing the online form, so we can talk through your goals and create a plan tailored to your lifestyle.

A: Yes — I offer flexible payment options through Cherry. This allows you to enjoy your extensions now and pay over time with manageable monthly payments. We’ll go over the details during your consultation so you can choose the plan that works best for you.
